Trouble Logging In.

If you have trouble logging in, you will be taken to the following screen.

If you simply made an error typing in your email or password, retype them here and click on the Login button. Around 90% of log in errors are a mistake in the email address. If you are having problems logging in, do not let the computer autosuggest your email address. Type it in yourself. The email address and password will be case sensitive. When your account is first set up, they will be in lower case.

If you have forgotten your password, you cane either phone or email Customer Service.

Setting Security And Privacy Settings.

If you are still having problems logging in, then you will need to check your Privacy and Security settings. The IntegraStock site communicates with your computer by leaving what is called a cookie when you log in. This identifies who you are every time you ask the site to display something for you. To allow a cookie to be left on your computer, please check that your Privacy and Security settings are at the Medium level. If you are using Internet Explorer, you can check this by going to Internet Options in Tools.

Left click on the tools menu at the top of the browser. This then opens up a small options table for you. Move the mouse cursor down to Internet Options and left click once.

The default setting is Medium as shown here. If you have your computer at another setting, move the mouse to the box on the slide bar. Hold down the left button on your mouse and slide the mouse down until you see the Medium setting. Let go of the left mouse button when you have finished this.

The next tab is Privacy. These setting should also be set to Medium.

Viewing In 1024 x 768 Resolution.

The IntegraStock site is best viewed in 1024 x 768 resolution. This is simply the size at which you see everything on your screen.

To set up your monitor, right click once on the desk top. This will bring up a small menu.

Select properties from this menu which will display the Display Properties box. Move the mouse cursor to the Settings tab and left click once. On the bottom left hand corner you will find a slide bar. Slide this up to 1024 x 768 or to the highest resolution your monitor will allow. Click on OK when done.

Macromedia Flash Player.

For the charts to open, your computer will need to have the Adobe Flash Player installed. Most modern computers already has this installed. If it the player is not installed and you are using Internet Explorer 6 or higher, then it will automatically search the web and download it. It is around a 400K file and may take a few minutes. Once this is installed the charts will display.

If you are using another browser or there was a problem with the automatic download, you will need to download Adobe Player manually.
