Return Policy
The user gives his/her full and unconditional permission and authorisation for the Company to withdraw, and the Credit Card institution to pay the amount agreed as the sale price of the product and also any future Data fees from the purchasers Credit Card, where Credit Card details have been provided by the purchaser as the method of payment prior to the dispatch of the product and agrees to make no claim on these amounts by any means at any time in the future. Avestra Online Pty Ltd has a no refund policy. You further acknowledge that the subscription can be started and stopped in blocks of 1(one) calendar month only, and only by applying in writing, by email, fax or letter giving 1 (one) months clear notice of your intention.
The User has a seven (7) day cooling off period in which they have an unconditional right to cancel the contract. Written confirmation within this period must be received to be valid.
Any claim received outside the seven day cooling off period shall not be valid and will not be considered by the Company.
The Client agrees to pay for any charges associated with returning the required software package.
The software must be returned in a satisfactory condition in order for the claim to be processed.
Indemnity
Other than any responsibilities implied by law which cannot be excluded, you agree to indemnify and hold Avestra Online Pty Ltd, its affiliates, officers and agents harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, whatsoever arising out of or referable to material on this website or to any linked third party material, whether in contract, tort including negligence, statute or otherwise.
You expressly understand and agree that your use of the service is at your sole risk and that this website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
